Company Settings

Manage your company profile, branding, and team members


Overview

Company settings let you customize your company's profile, branding, and team. Navigate to Settings > Company to access these settings.

Company Profile

Update your company's public information:

  • Company Name — Your business name (required)
  • Description — A brief description of your company (up to 500 characters)
  • Property Focus — Residential, Commercial, or Mixed-Use
  • Business Email — Your company contact email
  • Business Phone — Your company phone number
  • Website — Your company website URL
  • Business Address — Your office or business address (with Google Maps autocomplete)

Branding

Customize how your company appears in the app:

  • Logo — Upload your company logo to appear in the sidebar and company profile
  • Brand Color — Choose a primary color using the color picker to personalize the app's accent color

Team Management

Manage your team from the Team tab in Company Settings.

Inviting Team Members

  1. Go to Settings > Company > Team
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter the person's email address
  4. Choose their role — Owner, Admin, or User
  5. Send the invitation

New users receive an email with instructions to create their account. Existing TenantSee users receive a notification that they've been added to your company.

Changing Roles

Click on a team member's role in the team list to change it. Roles can be changed between Owner, Admin, and User at any time.

Removing Team Members

To remove someone from your company:

  1. Find them in the team list
  2. Click the Remove action
  3. Confirm the removal

Only users with the Owner role can remove team members. See Understanding User Roles for details on what each role can do.

Notifications
Growth

Manage automated email notifications for your company under Settings > Company > Notifications:

  • Monthly Financial Report — Toggle to send a financial summary email to all team members on the 1st of each month, covering the previous month's revenue, payments, overdue amounts, and occupancy rate

Multi-Company Support

TenantSee supports users belonging to multiple companies. If you manage properties under different companies, you can switch between them using the context switcher in the account menu. Each company has its own buildings, tenants, payments, and settings.
