Learn about the three user roles and what each can access in TenantSee
TenantSee uses a role-based permission system to control what each team member can do within your company. There are three company roles — Owner, Admin, and User — plus a separate Tenant experience.
| Role | Description |

| Owner | Full access to everything, including removing team members and deleting payments |
| Admin | Nearly full access — can manage all properties, tenants, and payments, but cannot remove team members or delete payments |

Tenants can only see data related to their own units and cannot access any company management features.
If you belong to multiple companies, you can switch between them using the context switcher in the account menu. Your role may differ between companies — you might be an Owner in one and a User in another.
