See your payments and receipts
Check what rent is due, see every payment on record, and download or find your receipts.
Payments shows where this month's rent stands and every payment on record for you. Open it from the sidebar (on a phone, it's in the bar at the bottom).
See what's due
The rent card at the top says where this month's rent stands, for example that it is due on a date, due today, on its way, paid, or a number of days late. It also shows the next amount due and whether you're on auto-pay.
Below it, Payment history lists every payment, newest first, with a total for what you've paid so far this year. Choose a payment to open its page.
Each payment has a status:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Processing | The payment is on its way and hasn't cleared yet |
| Settled | The payment was received |
| Failed | The payment didn't go through |
| Refunded | The payment was returned |
| Disputed | The payment is being disputed |
Payments appear here when your landlord records them or when auto-pay collects them. If a payment is missing or shows the wrong status, contact your landlord to have it updated.
Download a receipt
When a payment settles, its page has a Download Receipt button for a PDF copy.
You also get a receipt by email when a payment of yours goes through, as long as Payment receipt is on in Settings → Notifications. Your landlord can record a payment without sending one, for example when they enter an old payment.
Charges on your rent
Your landlord may add other charges to your lease, such as parking or storage. They're part of your monthly rent charge: Payments and your Home show one amount due, and the breakdown lists your rent and each charge by name. A payment is counted toward your rent first, then toward each charge in the order it was added, and your receipt lists what each payment went to. If you think a charge is wrong, ask your landlord.
Rent reminders
If your landlord uses rent reminders, you may get an email a few days before rent is due and another when it's late. You don't get one for what your auto-pay is collecting. If auto-pay isn't collecting everything, you may get one for the rest.
To turn these emails off, go to Settings → Notifications and switch off Rent due soon or Rent reminder.
If you share your lease
Everyone on a lease sees the same monthly rent charge, with the names of the people living there. If your landlord splits the rent, your Home shows Your share and where each roommate stands, without their amounts. See Find your lease and documents.
