Overview

Your profile settings control your personal information and how TenantSee looks and feels. Access these settings from Settings > Profile and Settings > Preferences.

Editing Your Profile

Navigate to Settings > Profile to update your personal information:

• Full Name — Your display name throughout the app (required, up to 100 characters)
• Phone Number — Your contact number (optional)
• Email — Displayed for reference but cannot be changed from this page

Changes are saved when you click Save.

Profile Photo

Upload a profile photo to personalize your account:

1. Go to Settings > Profile
2. Click on your avatar or the upload area
3. Select an image file (PNG, JPG, or WebP, up to 5 MB)
4. Your new photo appears immediately

If you don't upload a photo, your avatar displays your initials instead.

Theme Preferences

TenantSee supports both light and dark modes. To switch:

1. Go to Settings > Preferences
2. Toggle between Light and Dark mode

Your theme preference is saved to your account and applied across all your sessions and devices.

Language Preferences

TenantSee is available in English and French. To change your language:

1. Go to Settings > Preferences
2. Select your preferred Language from the dropdown

The app will immediately switch to your chosen language. Your preference is saved to your account and persists across sessions.
